How do I know I can trust Regal Maids?
Regal Maids is a family owned business serving the community for more than 10 years. Our teams are duly screened, trained and insured to deliver a service that exceeds our customer’s expectations in every visit. Our experience allows us to stand behind our work with a 24 hours guarantee, so if there is anything that didn’t satisfy you completely, you can call us within 24 hours to schedule a visit to re-clean the details. At Regal Maids we are devoted to our customers, so you can rest assure we will always be there for you.
Do I provide cleaning supplies and or equipment?
No, we arrive with all we need to leave your home perfectly clean. However, if you provide us with your preferred products we will be more than happy to use them.
What time will Regal Maids cleaners arrive?
Normally our customer care representative will call a day before your service to let you know the approximately time the crews should be arriving to your home. We will always make every effort to meet your requirements.
What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our teams.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning service?
It is up to you. We clean Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., most of our customers aren’t home and they trust Regal Maids with the key to their home. For security all house keys are individually coded.
We also work Saturday upon request. Please contact our office for more information.
What happens if I have to reschedule my Maid Services?
Things happen!!! all you have to do is call at least 48 hours before your service. We will be more than happy to reschedule your cleaning for the day of your convenience.
What if something is damaged during my service?
Our customers are our priority. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
What is a lock out fee?
If you are not home when we arrive or have forgotten to leave a key, you may be charged a fee. Please understand that our team members have committed to service your home at the time you requested. If they cannot access your home, they are usually forced to park and wait until the next appointment which may be 3-4 hours away.
How do I pay for my service?
Payments are due the day of your service. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check payable to Regal Maids, however we also accept all major credit cards.
Should I have a DEEP Cleaning Every year?
Many of our clients do have DEEP Cleaning annually to maintain those out-of-reach places that are not a part of the normal, weekly or bi-weekly routine. It’s less expensive than the first time Deluxe cleaning because the rest of the house is already at maintenance level if we are servicing your home!
Do I have to tip your employees?
No, it’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done.
What if I need some extra tasks or services?
Our maids will gladly take care of your cleaning requests. Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time. Ovens, fridge, Inside Windows.
What about my pets?
We love them, and we’ll treat them like our own. Your special instructions are noted on our Work Orders so the Cleaning Tech will know your wishes with regard to your pets.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
